The world of motoring has already won the leader in the category of the fastest car in the world. It's about the Koenigsegg Agera RS that broke the current record.

The Swedish manufacturer snatched the crown of the fastest car from Buggati, proving this on a highway in Nevada, Telegraph reports.

During two laps, the Agera RS has managed to reach a maximum speed of 457 kilometers per hour, leaving behind the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, which in 2010 had won the epithet of the fastest by moving at 430 kilometers per hour.

Already on the first lap, Koeingsegg registered a top speed of 436 kilometers per hour, thus ranking the current champion Veyron in second position.

While in the second lap, thanks to the advanced technology of the "tail" placed on the back that helps it maintain balance, it reached the maximum speed of 457 kilometers per hour, thus becoming the fastest serial car ever produced. /Telegraph/
