Ingredients:

▪ 250 g of mushrooms
▪ 2 egg
▪ dry pulp of a slice of bread
▪ some milk
▪ 1 small onion
▪ 2 cloves of garlic
▪ a bunch of parsley
▪ breadcrumbs
▪ spices, salt, pepper, oil
▪ a spoonful of flour

Preparation:


Chop the mushrooms, onions, garlic and parsley leaves as much as possible.

Fry the mushrooms in a little oil, let them cool, add eggs, breadcrumbs soaked in milk, spices, flour, salt, pepper, onion, garlic and parsley.

All the ingredients must be mixed well by hand and shaped into chops, then breadcrumbs are thrown into them and fried in hot oil.

They can be served with mashed potatoes and, if desired, with salad.
