Baked potato with cheese: The real gourmet pleasure with which you will immediately forget the meat!

Give new potatoes a new dimension with this interesting recipe! Ingredients:- 1 kg of potatoes,- 500 ml of hot milk;- 150 g of grated semi-hard cheese;- 50 g of grated hard cheese;- 50 g butter,- 50 g of wild milled flour;- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves;- 1 teaspoon mustard;- ground nutmeg;- salt;- pepper.
Preparation:
Clean the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Put in a pot of cold water, add salt and heat over high heat.
When the water boils, boil for another 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and put them in a greased baking dish.
Prepare the béchamel sauce by first briefly frying the flour in the heated butter, then gradually add milk, mixing it constantly so that flour balls do not form.
Boil the sauce for about 4 minutes, then remove from the heat and add nutmeg, pepper, parsley, mustard and semi-hard cheese and hard cheese.
Pour the prepared cheese sauce over the potatoes, mix a little and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
