Cheesecake is a favorite type of dessert for many people and this cake can be prepared in hundreds of ways.

The most popular autumn variant is cheesecake with pomegranate or cane, a healthy and delicious fruit that, due to its red berries, is an ideal decoration on the cake.

Below is a recipe for pomegranate cheesecake in a glass:

Ingredients for the base

50 g wholemeal biscuits (digestive biscuits)
25 g butter softened at room temperature

100 g yogurt
50 g of fresh cream cheese
75 g of sweet cream
1 spoon of powdered sugar

The outer part

250 g mountain fruits
1 pomegranate
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

Grind the biscuit and mix it with butter at room temperature. Divide the mixture into three containers or glasses and press it with the layer of the spoon and leave it in the refrigerator until you prepare the rest of the dessert.


Beat the sweet cream with powdered sugar until it becomes stiff, mix the yogurt with the fresh cheese and add it to the whipped cream.

Mix all ingredients gently until combined. Pour the cream over the prepared cookie base and put it back in the fridge for at least an hour.

Meanwhile, cut the mountain fruits into small pieces and put them in a pot, add the sugar and lemon juice, put them in the pot and boil them on low heat for about ten minutes, stirring constantly. Allow the mass to cool and then add to the cream. Decorate the top of the cake with pomegranate seeds.

Return to the refrigerator until ready to eat.
