Striker Armando Broja is happy to have resumed his form at Burnley, after a long period without contributing with a goal/assist.

Broja has been among the best in Burnley's last two games, scoring and assisting in the last two games, while he is also preparing for the match against Burnley.

In an interview with Burnley's official website, the Albanian star says that thanks to extraordinary training he has reached this level.

"When I played for the first time, it was tiring because I know how demanding the Premier League is. It's very difficult for every player, it's a very physical league and it's very difficult to keep up the pace in every game to have continuity."

"So I took some time to build myself up physically, I trained every day, every week, to get stronger and I'm even faster now."

He also thanked the coach, and confirmed that he intends to help the team with dribbling in addition to contributing goals and assists.

"The coach has put me on the field and this has given me a lot of confidence from a psychological point of view now, I am much better than before. I am ready for the next match with Brighton, I am the style of striker who gets happy when I score, like everyone else, but I don't just want that."

"I want to participate in matches, dribble, create chances for others and for myself, but to always be there playing football and not just waiting for the chance to score. Now I have grown a lot compared to before and I feel better," Broja underlined.

This form of Broja comes at the best moment, since Albania will hold the 2026 World Cup play-offs in March.Telegrafi
