Apple omelette

Apple omelette

Ingredients:
• 2 egg whites
• 1 eggs
• 14 spoons of salt
• freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon of grated cottage cheese

Filling:
• 12 apples, peeled and cut into cubes
• 1 spoons of sugar
• ground cinnamon
• 14 spoons of vanilla
• 1 tablespoon of chopped, roasted peanuts

Preparation:


1. Heat the grill.

2. To prepare the filling, combine the apple, sugar, spices and vanilla in a small pan.
Cook them over low heat, stirring occasionally, until they soften.
Beat the egg whites until stiff white foam forms.
In another bowl, beat the egg until pale yellow.
Add salt and pepper. Add the egg to the beaten whites.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the egg mixture and as the egg cooks, lift it so that the liquid drips down.
We cook it until it is almost ready.

4. Add the kačkavall cheese and leave it until it is completely cooked.
Pour the apple mixture over one side and fold it in half.
Pour over the ground peanuts.
