Analysts: The distribution of subsidies in agriculture damaged the image of the government

The discussion on the distribution of subsidies in the agricultural sector, where it is suspected that family members of the LVV deputy, Fitore Pacolli, have benefited, has evoked numerous reactions from analysts.

Analyst Sadri Ramabaja described this issue as "noise without reason", stressing that the family members of the rulers should be careful to avoid such situations that become the subject of public discussion.

"It's noise without reason. I don't care about this issue. Second, the family members of the rulers should be careful not to create such situations. Unnecessary noise", said Ramabaja.

Analyst Astrit Gashi said that the scandal with the subsidies will have serious consequences for the ruling party.

He severely criticized the reaction of the Minister of Agriculture, Faton Peci, calling it wrong and insufficient.

"The reaction of Minister Peci has not dispelled doubts, but has deepened the negative perception, as if he was guilty," said Gashi.

He suggested that the ministry initiate an internal investigation to clarify the situation.

Analyst Imer Mushkolaj also criticized the reaction of Minister Peci, calling it "politically immoral".

According to him, the ruling party had promised to reform the system and eliminate such practices, but now it is facing the same scandals.

Mushkolaj also mentioned the case of "KB Krusha", which was rejected for a grant this year, describing it as an example of the lack of support for businesses with high social and economic sensitivity.

Analysts' debates have highlighted the need for greater transparency and careful management of public funds to avoid negative impacts on the government and political parties in power.

Otherwise, the Minister of Agriculture, Faton Peci, has reacted to the accusations related to the process of subsidies and grants in agriculture, describing them as defamations orchestrated by the opposition parties LDK and PDK.

He emphasized that over 118,000 beneficiaries of subsidies and over 1,000 beneficiaries of grants have gone through an independent process, in which the ministry has not exerted influence.

"Agriculture Development Agency has the mandate to evaluate applications. The minister and his staff do not have access to this process, which takes place electronically and is concluded by an independent evaluation body," stated Peci./Telegrafi/
