Adidas pushes Harry Kane to Real Madrid
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is being pushed towards Real Madrid by German sportswear giants Adidas.
Real Madrid has had the great English striker on their wish list to bring him to Santiago Bernbabeu for some time.
However, his high evaluation price from the English team of 200 million euros has slowed down this deal, but now the Kings have an outside help to materialize this transfer.
According to the Spanish medium Don Balon, well-known German sportswear brand Adidas are trying to lure him away from his sponsorship deal with Nike and feel that a move to Real will strengthen their hand.
Adidas are pressuring president Florentino Perez to sign England striker Kane in the summer transfer window.
The England striker has already scored 13 goals in 13 appearances this season and won the "Golden Boot" award in the Premier League last year.
Real are one of Adidas' biggest clients and they are keen on the prospect of bringing the Englishman to the Bernabeu.
Otherwise, in addition to the English attacker, the leaders of Real are also looking at the possibility of bringing Mauricio Pochettino to the bench of the club instead of Zinedine Zidane. /Telegraph/
