In the American television chronicle, they refer to this woman as a "backpack recipient" - a term that refers to the homeless who receive a bag filled with necessities.

The figure of the woman in the video bears a resemblance to the well-known singer, who has been an icon of Albanian music for decades. This detail has caused sadness and concern among Albanians, who grew up listening to her songs and remember her as a star of the music scene.

Born in September 1966, Parashqevi Simaku debuted on the stage of the Song Festival in 1983, when she was only 17 years old. She quickly became one of the most beloved voices of the Albanian public, winning important awards at festivals. In 1985, she took first place at the 24th RTSH Song Festival with the song "At the age of youth". Three years later, in 1988, she won the first prize again with the song "We want happiness", composed by Pirro Çako. During her career in Albania, Simaku performed a rich repertoire that included songs loved by the Albanian public.

After 1991, she left Albania to live in the United States, where she continued to make music and released a new album. Her last public appearance in Albania was at the 35th Song Festival at RTSH in 1996, as a guest.
