Ingredients:

▪ 1 ripe avocado
▪ 1 can of chickpeas 400 ml
▪ 1 small onion
▪ ½ lemon
▪ salt and pepper as desired

Preparation:

Rinse the chickpeas and mix with the avocado. With a potato masher or a fork, mash these two foods into a mixture.

Garlic powder will also go perfectly with this filling.
