A couple from Crimea, Ukraine, decided to name their newborn son 'Bitcoin' in honor of the most expensive cryptocurrency in the world, local media reports, Telegraph reports.
According to the boy's father, Simferopol Oleg, he and his wife wanted to show their gratitude to the Bitcoin cryptocurrency.
Moreover, the new father has already thought of names for his future children. If it's a boy he plans to name it 'Satoshi', after Satoshi Nakamoto, the alleged creator of Bitcoin, but if it's a girl he'll name it 'Dash', another name for a cryptocurrency.
