Zayn Malik returns to One Direction after nine years

Zayn Malik has reportedly 'reunited' with One Direction, more than a decade after he sensationally left the band.
The singer left the group in 2015 to focus on a solo career, while the relationship between him and the other members — Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan — became increasingly strained over the years.
However, it is said that following Liam's death last year, Zayn has been "in touch" with the rest of the group and has now been reappointed as business director at their company PPM Music Limited.
Zayn, who is expected to launch his first music tour in Las Vegas in January, had ended his role with the company on June 20, 2016.

But new documents published at Companies House have revealed that he has been reincorporated into the firm and is now listed as a Business Director alongside Harry, Louis and Niall.
Liam died at the age of 31 in October last year after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina. All four other former band members attended his funeral — the first time they had been seen together in years.
"Although it's shocking and heartbreaking, Liam's passing has brought them together. Ironically, he was the one who believed the most in a reunion for the band," a source told The Sun.
"PPM was the original company they founded when they won the show. The name comes from Princess Park Manor, the private estate they moved into after winning the show. Since Liam's passing, the boys have been back in touch."
