He has a special talent – he can protrude his eyes up to 19 millimeters beyond the pupil, a skill he discovered when he was eight years old. Over time, he has improved his technique.
Williams has the ability to relax the muscles around his eyes and then "push" them outward! This phenomenon is known as protrusion, reports the New York Post.

It has caused a stir online, and many users have demanded that he say their names in front of the camera, while displaying the "penetrating gaze."
Williams lives in Milan and admits he enjoys scaring strangers with this "trick." He hopes his unique ability will inspire others to earn the prestigious Guinness recognition.
