You can still do it with this dough: Buttery soft muffins, no need to wait for them to rise!

Most people's favorite desserts are muffins, soft and filled with sweet or savory fillings.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of flour,
- 500 ml of lukewarm water,
– A yeast square,
- A small spoonful of salt,
- A small spoonful of sugar,
- 1 margarine,
– A cup of oil,
- 2 egg.

Preparation:

Mix yeast and sugar in a little water.

One egg and one egg yolk (one egg white remains for coating), add oil and shaken yeast and mix well.

Gradually add flour, the rest of the water and salt and knead the dough well.

If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour. Spread the dough with a rolling pin on the table and spread the margarine on top.

Roll like an strudel and cut with a knife so that you get ten balls.

Roll out the balls, cut the dough and make filling balls, as desired.

Another advantage of this recipe is that you don't have to wait for the dough to rise!
