Xheneta reacts harshly after the video was published: I won't leave it at that, all materials containing threats, blackmail will be submitted to court

Xheneta has reacted publicly after the distribution of a video in which Drilon Rama is heard begging Xheneta to meet.

She emphasized that the video was released to show a reality that is often not recognized by the public and to expose attempts at subjugation.

In her statement, Xheneta wrote:

I want to publicly clarify the situation related to the video featuring Drilon Rama, which was published with the intention of showing the way he behaves and how he has attempted to publicly denigrate someone else.

The video was released to show a reality that is not known to the public, and which includes a behavior that has been repeated as manipulation, pressure, and an attempt at submission – or as he himself put it: to “play” with the other person.

After the publication, the case was handled by the Personal Data Protection Agency, which clarified that according to Article 202 of the Criminal Code of Kosovo, this publication is contrary to the law. However, evidence was also presented showing that Drilon Rama was aware of the existence of the video, as well as its content.

At the time this video was made, Drilon Rama was aware of its existence and did not express any objection to its publication. He did not state that he was against its publication and did not refuse or prohibit its distribution in any way.

Today, he has chosen the legal path. And this is a choice that I respect. In support of his decision, I want it to be known that all materials containing threats, blackmail, attempts at subjugation and any kind of pressure will be duly submitted to the court as official evidence.

The video will be deleted, just because the law requires it. But the truth remains – it cannot be hidden.

Meanwhile, in another post, Xheneta warned of measures against Drilon Rama and his manager, saying: "Measures will be taken against the blackmail, the threats and everything that he and his manager have done. I won't leave it at that."

This statement shows her determination to pursue the matter and not let the case pass without consequences. It remains to be seen how the situation will develop in the coming days. /Telegraph/
