Today, Sunday (January 11, 2026), local by-elections were held in the Municipality of Vrapçisht, where two candidates competed, Isen Shabani from AKI and Zulhajrat Demiri from the VLEN Coalition, reports Telegrafi Makedonija.
The State Electoral Commission (SEC) has published the first results from today's voting day in this municipality.
According to the SEC, with 51,81% of votes counted, these are the published results.
3. Isen Shabani - AKI - 2697 votes or 64,72% of voters
5. Zulhajrat Demiri - VALID - 1350 votes or 32,40% of voters
According to the SEC, in this municipality, by 18:30, voter turnout was 31,76%. According to the law on local elections, there is no re-voting in Vrapçisht since no census is required, as in previous elections. /Telegrafi/
