Residents who bought apartments in one of Sydney's most expensive buildings now have a surprise waiting for them downstairs.

Apartment buyers at One Sydney Harbour are being offered a fleet of brand new Porsches.

It is reported that the residential property has already sold 95% of its apartments with total sales reaching over $4 billion, reports Telegraph.

The remaining apartments are selling for a staggering $1.68 million for a one-bedroom, rising to $3 million for a two-bedroom and $5.3 million for a three-bedroom.

For this price, residents get swimming pools and access to a Porsche Macan or Taycan.

Lendlease, the company that developed the property, recently announced that it had partnered with Outbound to launch Porsche's new fleet of electric vehicles (EVs), available to the building's residents.

Residents will be able to leave their apartments at One Sydney Harbour and easily access an electric Porsche, ready and waiting.

Otherwise, One Sydney Harbour is one of Australia's most expensive properties. /Telegraph/
