Toney's unexpected return to the Big Brother VIP Kosovo house, just a few days after his elimination, has caused turmoil inside and outside the game.
The decision to return was made by close friends, Benita Zena, Ardit Stafaj and Labinot Rexha, who were very emotional after Toney's exit, but unanimously decided to bring him back into the competition.
Regarding this move, some residents like Londrim, Hygerta and Klodi expressed their dissatisfaction, while Kushtrim Kelani sarcastically commented: "With this 'in-out' logic, we will stay on Big Brother until July."
But the dissatisfactions have not remained only within the house.
Kushtrim's Instagram account, managed by family members, published a strong response, demanding a public account from the production.

"1. What responsibility does production take for the thousands of SMSes we sent, which turned out to be as if they had not been sent at all, with no real impact on the result?
2. If Kushtrimi had been eliminated, like any other resident, would the same return be valid for everyone, so that next time we, as supporters, would know whether or not it makes sense to spend money?
3. How is it possible that the situation where Labinot Rexha severely denigrated Kushtrim, labeling him as a Serb/Slav and distorting his name into 'Kushiq', was completely overlooked?
