According to him, many health problems do not appear overnight, but are the result of years of malnutrition and lifestyle mismanagement.

An important part of the discussion was devoted to balancing macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins, and fats – emphasizing that no extreme is healthy.

Rexhepi said that diets based solely on meat or rapid weight loss can cause serious damage to the body, including fatty liver and metabolic problems.

Rexhepi also spoke about meat consumption, recommending that it not be a daily part of every meal, while emphasizing the importance of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables as the basis of a healthy diet.
