Hematologist Fitim Gashi spoke about hematological diseases in the podcast "Health First".
Gashi also talked about anemia and the symptoms we may have.
"Anemia is a condition characterized by a decrease in the number of erythrocytes, low hemoglobin and hematocrit levels," the doctor emphasized.
The doctor also pointed out the symptoms that indicate we may be anemic.
"The most pronounced symptoms of anemia are fatigue, lethargy, tachycardia, dizziness, insomnia, bone pain, unexplained fatigue... in severe anemia, patients have trouble even walking up stairs," he said.
