During the search in a house in the village of Grabovc in Zveçan, the police today found weapons, grenades and ammunition. In this case, a suspect was arrested in connection with this case.

The Kosovo Police has announced that on 22.11.2024, after receiving information on suspicions of weapons and ammunition, police units have undertaken immediate actions where they have carried out a check in the village of Grabovc in Zveçan.

"The control was carried out in a house and in an object accompanying it. During the search, weapons, ammunition and explosive devices were found. The evidence that was found and confiscated was two M-52 explosive devices (hand grenades), two AK-47 guns, one M-48 rifle (carbine), 86 AK-47 cartridges, 35 M-gun cartridges 48, three magazines of the AK-47 weapon", says the police announcement, Telegrafi reports.

According to the police, in connection with the case, the person (DR) born in 1968 was arrested, who was escorted to the police station and the same was interviewed in the presence of the defense lawyer.

"All the actions undertaken have been presented to the prosecutor of the case, where after the interview, by the decision of the prosecutor, the suspect is sent to detention for 48 hours", the announcement states. /telegraph/
