The Local Public Enterprise Përparimi has announced that waste collection service for households in several villages has been suspended today, due to non-payment of financial obligations.
According to the announcement, the service interruption has affected the villages of Gllovotin, Bivolak, Stroc, Zhilivod, Bëqiq, Dubovc and Galicë, in accordance with the regular waste collection schedule.
It is also announced that throughout the week the outage will continue in all villages, including the city, for all households that have not responded to the call to pay accumulated debts.
NPL Përparimi emphasizes that this action was taken after the households in question did not react to the invitation of the Chief Executive Officer, which was sent days earlier to settle financial obligations.
The company has warned that if the debt is not paid within eight days from today, legal measures will be taken, including the application of interest, in accordance with the legislation in force.
NPL Përparimi has invited all citizens with unpaid obligations to make payments on time, in order to avoid legal consequences and ensure continuity of service. /Telegrafi/
