As part of the Week Against School Dropout, the Municipal Directorate of Education in Vushtrri has organized a roundtable discussion with lower and higher secondary education students, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of regular attendance and preventing school dropout.

The Mayor of Vushtrri, Ferit Idrizi, and the Director of Education, Albanez Tahiraj, participated in this activity. They emphasized that education remains a fundamental right of every child, while school is considered a space of safety, development and equal opportunities, reports Telegrafi.

Mayor Idrizi requested continued commitment from institutions, parents, and the community, emphasizing that preventing dropout requires coordinated action and support for every child who is at risk of dropping out of the learning process.

On the other hand, Director Tahiraj said that such awareness-raising activities are essential to make students aware of the importance of education and the impact that dropping out can have on their future.

Participants assessed that early interventions and cooperation with schools are key to reducing cases of school dropout, reiterating the message conveyed by this event: "No child out of school, no dropout." /Telegrafi/
