Vulovic used the "Iber Lepenci" facility for years without compensation, and now presents the auction as political pressure.

The building, which has been used for years by the company "Kolashin prevoz", whose owner is Sergjan Vulovic, a senior member of the Serbian List, was put up for public auction after the legal owner of "Ibër Lepenci" decided to offer the property for rent according to the regular procedure.
According to information provided by "Veritasinfo", the space used for parking buses and carrying out activities related to the business of the company "Kolashin prevoz", Vulovic has used it without any compensation for 15 years.
Inside the premises are several buses, service vehicles, and equipment used in the daily operations of this transportation company.
Despite the fact that it is a legal property relationship between the building owner and the user of the space, Vulovic is trying to present the auction procedure as another form of political pressure on Serbs in Kosovo.
However, interlocutors from Zubin Potok informed about this case claim that such an interpretation has no basis or facts.
According to them, the building's owner has not received compensation for the use of the space for years, so he decided to offer the property at a public auction.
"It's a purely property issue. If someone has used a private property for years without paying rent, it's normal for the owner to look for a way to protect his property," one of the interlocutors familiar with the case told the "Veritasinfo" portal.
The case also raises the broader issue of the privileged position of certain local political officials who simultaneously conduct private business, while disputes arising from such relationships are often presented in public as politically or ethnically motivated.
