Valon Berisha rejects Bosnian giant's offer, awaits other options

Valon Berisha will not join FK Zeljeznicar. The 32-year-old midfielder of the Kosovo national team has rejected the club's official offer from Grbavica and does not have a transfer to the Bosnian team in his plans.
The news was announced by Italian journalist Lorenzo Lepore, who reports that Berisha is considering other options for continuing his career.

After this rejection, Zeljeznicar's leaders are expected to look towards other alternatives in the transfer market, while Berisha continues to search for a new destination that matches his sporting plans.
Zeleznicar is one of the biggest Bosnian clubs, with six domestic championship titles and six Bosnian Cups. They also have one championship title in the former Yugoslavia.
Valon Berisha's current situation and career
Berisha's contract with LASK Linz is valid until the end of this season, however, he is expected to change clubs during this winter transfer window.
In the current season, the midfielder has made 12 appearances with the Austrian team, without managing to score a goal or provide an assist.

Valon Berisha has had a rich international career. He spent his best days at RB Salzburg, while he also played for clubs such as Egersund, Viking, Lazio, Fortuna Düsseldorf, Reims and Melbourne City.
