A team from Ukrainian military intelligence has released for the first time the newest naval drone, which has already proven to be a highly effective weapon in destroying Russian ships, helicopters and planes.

The event took place at a secret location in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, the Telegraph reports.

It is about the Magura naval drone that uses the most advanced weapons technology, which has helped Ukrainian defense intelligence carry out numerous operations in the Black Sea.


The head of military intelligence, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, was also present at the secret presentation.

The well-known MAGURA V5 ship, Ukraine's main naval drone in the fight against the Russian fleet, capable of carrying up to 320 kilograms of cargo and equipped with a combat module containing a machine gun.

The multifunctional MAGURA V6P platform with a range of up to 540 nautical miles.

The Magura V7 drone, which carried missiles, made history by destroying an enemy fighter jet – this drone can carry up to 650 kilograms of payload and operate within a range of up to 800 nautical miles.

Another Magura V7 model, this one equipped with a heavy machine gun combat module.

Magura drones have played a crucial role in turning the tide of the naval war in Ukraine's favor.

Operators from Group 13, present at this event, emphasized that this is just the beginning for the Russian Black Sea Fleet, emphasizing that the future of warfare lies in advanced technology.

"We can say with confidence that the HUR and the Ukrainian Group 13 have pushed the Russian Black Sea Fleet back to their ports. They are limited in their movements and no longer fulfill their assigned missions," said the unit's commander, known by the nickname "Thirteen." /Telegraph/
