The drone industry in Ukraine is experiencing tremendous growth and is now targeting NATO markets as the next step in its development.

According to the report of Bloomberg, Ukraine now produces around 4 million drones per year, a figure that may be higher than the production of all NATO countries combined.

For comparison, the United States produces about 100 military drones per year.

Just three years ago, in 2022, there were only 10 drone manufacturers in Ukraine; now this number has reached around 500, reflecting a rapid expansion of the industry.

Ukrainian companies are producing a wide range of drones, from FPV drones priced at a few hundred dollars, to advanced long-range systems capable of hitting distant targets.

This product diversity allows Ukraine to compete in international markets, including NATO countries, where demand for drone technology is growing.

Experts estimate that Ukraine's experience in using drones in recent conflicts has given the domestic industry a strategic and technological advantage, making it an attractive supplier to its Western allies. /Telegraph/
