Ukraine, UK-France and US to hold talks in London on Wednesday

Representatives of Ukraine, the United Kingdom, France and the United States will hold negotiations in London for an unconditional ceasefire, followed by the establishment of a real and lasting peace.

This was announced on Telegram by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, reports Telegraph.

"I spoke with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer. A good and detailed conversation. Already this Wednesday, our representatives will work in London. Ukraine, the United Kingdom, France and the United States - we are ready to move forward as constructively as possible, as we have done before, to achieve an unconditional ceasefire, followed by the establishment of a real and lasting peace," Zelensky wrote.

He expressed gratitude to all partners who are providing support and stressed that an unconditional ceasefire should be the first step towards peace.

Zelensky noted that this Easter he made it clear that it is Russia's actions that are prolonging the war.

The Ukrainian president also announced that he had discussed joint work within European security formats with Keir Starmer. /Telegraph
