This dough is prepared in a completely different way than any you've tried so far.

Need:

- 1 kg of flour type 400,
- 500 ml of lukewarm milk,
- 3 spoons of sour cream,
- 1 bag of cake powder,
- 2 spoons of dry yeast,
- 1 small spoon of sugar,
- 1 small spoon of salt,
- 150 ml of oil,
- 1 egg yolk.


For painting:

- 125 g of butter,
- 1 egg white.

To top it off:

- 2 spoons of sesame,
- 1 small spoon of cumin.

Preparation:

Pour 500 g of flour into the pan, make a well, and pour dry yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder, sour cream and oil into it.

Knead all these items with lukewarm milk, add the remaining flour and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.

Let the dough swell. Divide the puffed dough into small cakes. Let the cakes swell.

Thin each cake into an ellipse shape and brush with a little softened butter.

Cut the dough into small strips and roll it up, then brush it with unbeaten egg whites and sprinkle with sesame and cumin.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Tip: you can add seeds to the cookies according to your taste.
