Today, the fourth edition of Tourism Fair Albania (TFA26), the largest fair dedicated to the tourism sector in Albania, is officially taking place in Tirana, which will be held on February 11 and 12, 2026 at the Palace of Congresses.

The event is open to the general public, while maintaining a clear B2B focus, oriented towards professional collaborations and meetings between actors of the international tourism industry. The Kosovo Tourism Union is also actively participating in this platform of regional and global importance, representing Kosovo businesses and the country's tourism potential.


The fair was officially opened with the Opening Ceremony on February 11, at 10:00, in the main lobby of the Palace of Congresses, with the participation of Blendi Gonxhja, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, as well as institutional representatives, partners and professionals of the sector.

Strategic platform with international impact

Tourism Fair Albania has consolidated over the years as a strategic platform for the tourism industry, bringing together tour operators, destinations, accommodation structures, DMCs, HoReCa sector companies, hospitality technology, public institutions and international professional buyers.

This year, TFA26 is bringing to Tirana 40 international buyers from over 18 countries around the world, including the USA, Canada, Japan, China, Thailand, as well as key European markets such as England, Germany, Ireland and France. In this context, the Kosovo Tourism Union is conducting B2B meetings and direct presentations with foreign partners, with the aim of increasing tourist flows to Kosovo and building concrete collaborations for the coming seasons.

Strategic discussions and innovation in tourism

During the two days of the fair, over 15 discussion panels are being organized on current and strategic topics of the sector, such as the promotion and positioning of destinations in the global market, technology in hospitality, employment, interregional cooperation, standards and quality of service, digitalization of processes and payments, as well as artificial intelligence in tourism.

Representative of Kosovo Tourism Union are contributing to these discussions, presenting the experiences and potential of Kosovo as a year-round tourist destination, with a focus on mountain, cultural, adventure and gastronomic tourism.

Space for the general public too

In addition to the professional dimension, the fair is also offering a dynamic experience for the general public. Visitors have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the tourism offer of Albania and the region, through presentations, artistic performances and various activities.

The participation of the Kosovo Tourism Union in Tourism Fair Albania 2026 is confirming the commitment to strengthening regional cooperation and positioning Kosovo on the international tourism map.
