The Hydrometeorological Institute announces that today in Kosovo it will be cloudy with scattered rain showers, while snowflakes are expected in the higher areas.
The IHK announces that minimum temperatures will range between -3 to -1°C, while maximum temperatures will range from 3 to 5°C.
