"To make white bread, a lot of its nutritional value is removed" - which foods should we remove from the menu? Nutritionist Ilazi speaks

Nutritionist Albulena Shabani Ilazi spoke about the importance of healthy eating on the podcast "Health First".
Ilazi also spoke about the foods he sees as very necessary to remove from the daily menu.
"Everything that is packaged, that has added sugar, simple sugar, and that has white flour. For me, bread is so white, so much of the nutritional value is removed that it goes all the way to the core of the wheat. And the fiber, the B vitamins, are completely eliminated...", she said.
"So the foods I stayed away from were anything with white flour and sugar, carbonated drinks," she said.
The nutritionist also explained what daily meals should contain, the importance of vitamins and minerals, etc.
