Three Real Madrid players will celebrate Carlo Ancelotti's departure

Carlo Ancelotti (65) is increasingly close to leaving Real Madrid. For weeks, Spanish media have reported about the Italian's possible departure, while speculation increased after the defeat to Barcelona in the King's Cup final.

Ancelotti has managed Real in two periods: from 2013 to 2015 and from 2021 to the present.  During his career at Madrid, he has won 15 trophies and managed some of the biggest stars in world football.

Although he is known as a coach beloved by the players, the Defensa Central media outlet writes that three Real Madrid players will celebrate his departure.   In the article titled "Three Real Madrid players will celebrate Ancelotti's departure", mention is made of young strikers Endrick (18 years old), Arda Güler (20 years old) and Brahim Díaz (25 years old).

Real Madrid still have five games left in La Liga, where they are four points behind leaders Barcelona, before taking part in the Club World Cup in June.

Many analysts believe that Ancelotti could leave before this important tournament.

In a recent press conference, Ancelotti thanked all the players: "I had a wonderful time with them and I'm still going. These players have helped me win two Champions Leagues in four years," he said, reflecting on his successes with Real.

However, not all players share this sentiment. According to Defensa Central, some youngsters like Endrick, Arda Güler and Brahim Díaz feel overlooked this season. They hope that with the possible arrival of Xabi Alonso on the Real Madrid bench, they will have more space to show their worth.

The outlet adds that, despite these feelings, the contribution of Ancelotti is respected, and he is expected to leave the Santiago Bernabeu with honors — something that very few coaches have achieved in the club's history.

Player statistics this season

Endrick: 34 appearances, 7 goals, 1 assist

Arda Güler: 37 appearances, 4 goals, 8 assists

Brahim Díaz: 48 appearances, 6 goals, 7 assists
