Meghan Markle's favorite dish contains only a few simple ingredients, but, apart from that, it is very healthy and easy to prepare, Telegraph reports.

In her book, she has shown a lot of new and healthy recipes for different foods, but she has highlighted this as one of her favorites, which she often prepares at her home.


The ingredients for this dish are:

– 2 green chilies, cleaned of seeds;
- ¼ cup of chopped parsley;
- 3 spoon of yogurt;
- juice from 2 lemons;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
– 1 avocado, peeled from the shells;
- 4 spoons of mayonnaise (according to taste);
- salt;
– pepper.

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients, except mayonnaise, in a blender and mix.

Try and, if necessary, add something to your taste.

Add mayonnaise, if desired, and mix, then pour into a serving bowl.
