The woman who was sued by Jay-Z for defamation over sexual assault allegations against him has filed a motion asking for the case against her to be dismissed.

Namely, late last year, an Alabama woman accused Jay-Z and P Diddy of rape, which she claims occurred in 2000, when she was 13 years old.
After the charges against Jay-Z were dismissed in February, the rapper decided to sue the woman for defamation, claiming that he lost $20 million because of her.

In recent legal documents, the alleged victim said Jay-Z “fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted” in his lawsuit against her in Alabama, where he is also suing her attorney, Tony Buzbee.

She claimed that Jay-Z was trying to sue her for “privileged” claims made expressly in court. She further claims that an interview she gave NBC News in December it was defended based on the above "privileged" claims.

The rapper has filed a lawsuit against almost everyone involved in the case, except for attorney David Fortney, for “malicious harassment, abuse of process, civil conspiracy and defamation.” In the lawsuit, he stated that all of the defendants “were heartlessly motivated by greed, a complete disregard for the truth and the most basic rules of human decency.” /Telegraph/
