The witness denies that he passed on information belonging to the MEO to Kadri Veseli.

Witness Naser Krasniqi said that the Intelligence-Counterintelligence (ICO) sector was almost fictitious and that the little information that came was not conveyed to Kadri Veseli as the head of this sector in the KLA.

Initially, Krasniqi in an interview for the ZPS had described his role as the leader of the ZMO in Brigade 121 as fictitious, since his appointment was only to fulfill the formal structure and organogram of the KLA. Even today, in the courtroom, the witness affirmed this, reports "Betimi për Drejtësi".

Witness Krasniqi had said that the task of every intelligence service is to collect information and this was more like a description in the KLA organizational chart at that time. He had added that there were no capacities in terms of concrete actions in this service.

Krasniqi had said that even in cases where they had collected certain information, they had forwarded it. However, he had added that as far as he could remember, he had never received any important information, as according to him, they had limited opportunities.

"I remember saying something like that," said the witness, adding that even the information that was brought to the unit was not important and if this little information had not been brought, the service would have been called fictitious.

"There was no information that belonged to the level of intelligence services or Intelligence-Counterintelligence," he said.

Krasniqi claimed that if any such information was received, it was forwarded to the Brigade commander, who at the time was Haxhi Shala, and was not passed on further in the hierarchy.

Krasniqi responded with 'I agree' when asked if it is correct to say that the information was not directly conveyed to Kadri Veseli, who was head of the MEC.

The witness was presented with a decision and he denied having issued similar decisions appointing certain persons to certain positions.

"Neither as commander of the MCO nor as commander of the Military Police Platoon. I consider that this is the only time that decision has been issued. It does not mean that the designation is correct. Here are some tasks that were given to the Military Police team in Bellanica to maintain order in those circumstances," said the witness. /Oath for Justice/
