Former KLA fighter Bujar Haradinaj has shared a powerful story about his experiences during the war, revealing painful details from his most difficult moments.

Haradinaj indicated that he suffered seven serious wounds during the war, including one to the neck that threatened his life.

He mentioned that, due to his serious condition, a grave had been opened for him, as it was unknown whether he would survive his injuries.

"I was seriously wounded, and 3 of my best friends died in the war. I had about 7 wounds from a grenade launcher, one in my neck in the main artery. At that time, they even opened my grave, because the offensive was going on. The two comrades died, one on the spot, one in the hospital, and the other later."

"All three are buried. Ramushi said to open four graves, because it is not known whether Bujari is also dead. The grave was open, and fortunately I am alive and here today," Haradinaj said in Pressing, emphasizing that he escaped thanks to incredible luck.
