The special police reject 40 thousand euro bail for Fadil Fazliu, his son speaks out

At the Specialist Chambers Court in The Hague, the request for conditional release of Fadil Fazliu, who is being held in custody on charges of obstruction of justice, has been rejected again, despite the bail of 40 thousand euros offered by the family.
In this regard, his son, Fahri Fazliu, has spoken about this case.
According to him, Fadil Fazliu's immediate family was unable to provide the required amount for bail. Therefore, help came from abroad, from a cousin in Australia.
He added that Jashar Fazliu not only signed the bail, but also submitted the property certificate as a legal guarantee.
However, despite this large financial guarantee, the court has decided to reject the request and extend Fadil Fazliu's detention for another two months.
"The bail was initially made by our cousin who is in Australia, who is Jashar Fazliu. Because the close family of Mr. Fadil Fazliu cannot provide that much. I believe it was a little misunderstood. We are grateful and thanked him. He has also made the bail, he has also made the certificate of his property and left it as a bail for the release of his cousin, Fadil Fazliu, Jashari was also at the faculty with Fahiru, the national hero Fahri Fazliu. Today, their bail was refused and their detention has been extended for another two months," said Fazliu./Tv Dukagjini
