Officials of the Regional River Basin Authority (ARPL), in collaboration with representatives of the company "Studio Pietrangeli", have conducted field monitoring visits to the Përlepnica dam and the Badovci dam.
According to the ARPL announcement, these visits were carried out within the framework of the "Technical Assistance for Dam Safety Assessment and Management" project, which aims to assess the current condition of dams, increase their safety level, and strengthen institutional capacities for sustainable management of water infrastructure.
During the field visits, professional teams reviewed the technical and operational aspects of the dams, with a particular focus on identifying needs for improvements and preventive measures in order to ensure long-term safety.
