The Sela ASH splits from the AKI, they will act as an independent group in the Assembly

The Alliance for Albanians, the wing of Ziadin Sela, announces that it has held its next meeting in which they decided to separate from the AKI and act as an independent group in the Assembly, the statement said.
The ASH says that in the last local elections, the coalition with which we competed emerged as the winner at the national level, with the amount of votes won on the lists for councilors and the number of councilors won, but we are dissatisfied with the epilogue in the mayoral race where we faced powerful state engineering and interactions of Albanian entities in power with Macedonian parties from all camps, with the sole goal of realizing the OBRM-PDUKM platform for the defactorization of Albanians in the country.
"From these scenarios, the Albanians themselves lost more than us as subjects, because after the central government, now the Albanians were degraded even at the local government level. But, despite this situation, the Alliance for Albanians remains determined to defend the national cause of Albanians in North Macedonia, assessing as important the increase and strengthening of political commitment to achieving our ideal and objective.
After substantive and very important discussions, the members of the Presidency unanimously adopted a decision for the Alliance for Albanians to act autonomously, while in the coming days, the ASH deputies will also process in the Assembly the decision to act as an independent group.
"The Alliance for Albanians remains the strong opposition voice of Albanians, maintaining communication with Albanian opposition entities, of which we have also informed our current coalition partners in time," the ASH statement reads./Telegraph/
