The assassination that left two dead in Rinas has reignited the debate between Edi Rama and Sali Berisha. While the head of government claimed that the murder would have been solved if smart cameras had been installed, for Berisha the lack of cameras was not an obstacle to solving the mafia execution.
"If we had that system in place, the Rinas incident that happened would have been revealed in real time.
