A court hearing was held yesterday at the Special Court to determine the security measure for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, and other persons involved in this case.
Sources for A2 CNN report that during the hearing, Veliaj's lawyer requested the mayor's release from prison in exchange for a financial guarantee.
Meanwhile, for the mayor's wife, Ajola Xoxën, she has requested a reduction in the security measure from 'house arrest' to "compulsion to appear".
We recall that the Court has left Veliaj in prison while Ajola Xoxa is under obligation to appear. /Telegrafi/
