The Rector of UBT, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, is on an official visit to the United States of America, where he participated in the National Morning Prayer in Washington, a prestigious event attended by US President Donald Trump, as well as senior political and institutional leaders from around the world.
This traditional event, which has been organized since 1953, is held every first Thursday of February and represents one of the most important spiritual and institutional events in the USA.
The National Morning Prayers gather members of the US Congress, politicians, military leaders, and guests from over a hundred countries around the world.
The participation of Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi in this important event constitutes a significant moment for the academic and institutional representation of Kosovo on a global platform with particular influence.
