The Presidency submits comments to the Constitutional Court regarding Osman's decree

The Presidency of Kosovo has submitted its comments regarding the decree of President Vjosa Osmani, drafted by the President's legal team in collaboration with experienced experts.
The news was confirmed to the Telegraph by Bekim Kupina, media advisor to the Presidency.
Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court has decided to combine into a single procedure the review of the request of Prime Minister Albin Kurti and 30 deputies of the Vetëvendosje Movement regarding the President's decree.
This was confirmed by the Constitutional Court's media office, through Veton Dulas, who explained that both requests will be reviewed together, as they "have the same object of review."
"The court has decided to join the request of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo regarding the Presidential Decree with the request submitted by Ms. Arbërie Nagavci and 30 other deputies of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, due to the same subject matter of the case," said Dula.
The joint review of these requests is expected to determine the legitimacy of President Osmani's decree and its legal consequences on the functioning of the country's institutions./Telegrafi.
