Despite tensions and interruptions from the opposition, it was voted to proceed to the vote. The plenary session was interrupted several times, initially after tensions from the Democrats on the podium.
Then the comeback was the same where Klevis Balliu then physically clashed with Taulant Balla.
"I understand very well that this has nothing to do with what was misunderstood in that word, but I would have liked very much that we had reacted the same when one of my colleagues here was insulted and no apology was even asked. On behalf of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, I saw that no apology was asked and no effort was made for what was not said and addressed to my family and my sisters of the Parliamentary Group. I understand that tension is growing here. I am telling you one thing today, you Albania, you us, I am not saying yes, you are forgetting that you are hindering us in our work. We demand that we move to a vote", declared Balla during the session.
