The Ferizaj Regional Police has published monthly traffic statistics for November 2025, which show an overall decrease in accidents, but at the same time an increase in the number of fines issued for violations of traffic rules.
According to official data, in the Ferizaj region - which includes the municipalities of Ferizaj, Kaçanik, Shtime, Shtërpcë and Hani i Elezit - a total of 141 accidents have been reported, of which: 59 accidents with injuries, where 83 people were injured, 82 accidents with material damage, reports Telegraph.
Compared to November 2024, when 153 accidents were reported, including one fatality, this year's statistics represent a decrease of -7.80% in the total number of accidents.
On the other hand, the figures for fines show the opposite trend. During November 2025, the police issued: 6,340 fines for minor offenses, 140 protective measures of driver's license revocation, due to serious violations.
Compared to November 2024, when 5,063 fines were issued, their number has increased by 25.2% this year.
The Ferizaj Police have called for increased caution from all traffic participants, with the aim of reducing the risk of accidents and increasing road safety. /Telegrafi/
