Today, the first meeting of the municipal government was held in Vushtrri, where Mayor Ferit Idrizi presented the new composition of the governing cabinet, emphasizing that the team will work with responsibility, transparency and a clear vision for the realization of projects and promises to citizens.

"I am happy that for the next four years I will work together with this team of experts selected with care, professionalism and dedication to serve the citizens of our municipality. The new mandate is a continuation of good work and great projects," Idrizi wrote.


The new governing cabinet consists of:

  • Shpëtim Zhegrova – Deputy Mayor;
  • Bujar Shatrolli – Chief of the President's Cabinet;
  • Hyrie Uka-Hoxha – Director of Administration;
  • Naile Bekteshi – Director of Education;
  • Medina Bunjaku – Director for Culture, Youth and Sports;
  • Drilon Jusufi – Director of Urbanism and Environmental Protection;
  • Remzi Ahmeti – Director of Inspections;
  • Lorik Maxhuni – Director of Health and Social Care;
  • Ilmi Azemi – Director of Procurement;
  • Isuf Jashari – Director for Budget, Finance and Treasury;
  • Benjamin Shala – Director of Public Services;
  • Maliq Ferizi – Director for Economic Development and Capital Investments;
  • Agron Përçuku – Director for Diaspora;
  • Isa Hajrizi – Director of Protection and Rescue;
  • Bedri Dobra – Director for Geodesy, Cadastre and Property;
  • Besim Shyti – Director of Agriculture and Rural Development.
