Murder of Vanja Gjorchevska and Pance Zhezhovski, Palevski says the Prosecution's evidence is falsified

Ljupco Palevski, after denying his guilt for the murder of Vanja and Pance, claims in his statement today that he was accused of falsified evidence.

The footage from Velibor Manev's house, which the prosecution claims shows the preparation for the kidnapping of the pensioner from Veles, according to Palevski, has been edited and the time shown in it has also been manipulated.

For the murder of Pance, he pointed the finger at Velibor because in the house of the murdered Veles resident there were documents showing that their misunderstandings had lasted for 10 years.

"At the same time, the defendant who proves that the video is accurate cannot be from the prosecution, and on the other hand say that he was not on camera as seen in Velibor Manev's house, but was in the parking lot. These are the things we want to prove that the statements are not accurate or that what the prosecution is presenting is not accurate," said Jovica Strashevski, lawyer for Ljupco Palevski.

On November 27, the day of Vanja Gjorchevska's kidnapping and murder, Palevski said he got up after 08:30 AM and went to the bank around 10:00 AM, otherwise, according to the indictment, the kidnapping and murder would have already been completed by this time.

The next hearing is scheduled for April 28, when Palevski will continue to testify and answer questions from the prosecution.
