The municipality of Tetova held a commemorative meeting today in honor of the life and artistic work of singer Shpat Kasapi.
In the presence of the Mayor, Bilall Kasami, the artist's family, friends and colleagues, Shpati was remembered once again for his artistic work and his human virtues.
The Mayor of Tetova, Bilall Kasami, expressed his deep condolences for the passing of the artist, emphasizing that the Kasapi family has lost their dearest person, while Tetova has lost a great artist who left an indelible mark on the music scene.
"Become a flower of Paradise, Shpat. Our city is poorer today without you," Kasami wrote on Facebook.
Kasami expressed support and strength to the family in this difficult moment, while the Tetovo public gave their final farewell to the beloved artist.
