The Municipality of Mitrovica has announced that as of today, January 12, 2026, the application process for the assessment of damages caused by the recent floods, in households and businesses, has begun.

According to the official announcement, all citizens affected by the floods are invited to submit their request, within the specified deadline, to the Reception Office - Citizen Service Center in the Municipality of Mitrovica.


"Citizens damaged by the floods must submit an application with the relevant documentation, so that the damage assessment process can be carried out on the ground," the municipality's announcement states.

The documentation required for the application includes the application form, the applicant's personal data, a copy of the ID card, the number of family members, the address of the damaged object, photographs proving the actual condition of the damages, confirmation of the bank account, as well as any additional documents proving ownership or damage suffered.

The deadline for submitting applications is January 26, 2026, while applications are accepted at the Reception Office of the Municipality of Mitrovica, on the first floor. /Telegrafi/
